Let’s face it: Nearly three years after state legislators approved the sale of recreational cannabis, some residents may not be too high on the idea of having a legal, local recreational cannabis retail operation – a.k.a. head shop – in their neighborhood.

Francis Michael Devins, formerly of Budd Lake, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Jan. 4, 2024, at his home at Paragon Village in Hackettstown, surrounded by his loving family. He was 93 years old.
